   • The final product will be printed exactly as submitted. Please carefully review your design, including spelling, colors, and placement, before placing your order.
   • We are not responsible for errors in the design submitted by the customer, such as typos, low-resolution images, or unintended formatting.

2. Image Quality:

   • To ensure a high-quality print, we recommend uploading images with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI (dots per inch).
   • Designs with lower resolution may result in blurry or pixelated prints. We are not responsible for poor print quality due to low-resolution images.

3. Returns and Refunds:

   • Custom-designed products are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless there is a defect in the product itself (e.g., manufacturing error, damaged item).
   • We do not accept returns or provide refunds for issues related to the design submitted by the customer.

4. File Types:

   • Accepted file formats for images include JPG, PNG, or PDF.
